What we collect, why, and what we'll never do with it.
We store the name, handle, email and/or Discord username, and message you give us — whether that's via the /join form or the "how do we reach you?" step after your first Fanvue login — and use them only to contact you about joining Vibe Vixens. They're never shared, sold or used for marketing lists. Changed your mind? Email us and we'll delete them.
You log in with your Fanvue account (we never see your password). With your permission, we read your Fanvue stats — earnings, subscribers, posts — to power your dashboard. Our access is read-only by design: we can't post, message or act as you. We also store what you create in the hub (goals, calendar entries, wins, support messages) and, when you sign the management agreement, a legal audit trail (name, IP address, device, timestamp).
One session cookie to keep you logged in, and a short-lived one if you arrive via a referral link. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Data is stored with Cloudflare (our hosting provider). We keep member data while you're with the agency and anything we're legally required to retain (signed agreements, invoices) after that. Everything else is deleted on request.
